Eero Wi-Fi
The unit uses an Eero mesh Wi-Fi system delivering 1 gigabit speeds throughout the condo. The network name and password are posted on the fridge.
- 01 Find the Wi-Fi network name and password on the card posted on the fridge.
- 02 On your device, open Wi-Fi settings and select the network.
- 03 Enter the password and connect. You should have full signal in every room.
wi-fi not working?
- 01 Check that the Eero devices are plugged in. A solid white light means online; red or blinking means disconnected.
- 02 Unplug the Eero unit for 30 seconds, then plug it back in. Wait about a minute for it to restart.
- 03 If still not working, restart the modem the same way — unplug for 30 seconds, then reconnect.
- 04 On your device, forget the network and reconnect using the password on the fridge.
