1 Gbps mesh coverage in every room

Eero Wi-Fi

The unit uses an Eero mesh Wi-Fi system delivering 1 gigabit speeds throughout the condo. The network name and password are posted on the fridge.

how to use
  1. 01 Find the Wi-Fi network name and password on the card posted on the fridge.
  2. 02 On your device, open Wi-Fi settings and select the network.
  3. 03 Enter the password and connect. You should have full signal in every room.
wi-fi not working?
  1. 01 Check that the Eero devices are plugged in. A solid white light means online; red or blinking means disconnected.
  2. 02 Unplug the Eero unit for 30 seconds, then plug it back in. Wait about a minute for it to restart.
  3. 03 If still not working, restart the modem the same way — unplug for 30 seconds, then reconnect.
  4. 04 On your device, forget the network and reconnect using the password on the fridge.
Xumu streambox with cable and streaming

Living Room TV

The living room has a smart TV paired with a Xumu streambox. A single remote controls everything — the TV and streambox turn on together, and the TV automatically switches to the correct HDMI input after a brief delay.

how to use
  1. 01 Press the power button on the remote to turn on both the TV and the Xumu streambox.
  2. 02 Wait a few seconds for the TV to switch to the correct HDMI input automatically.
  3. 03 Use the remote to navigate the Xumu home screen and select your preferred streaming app.
  4. 04 Sign into your streaming service (Netflix, Hulu, etc.) with your own credentials.
  5. 05 To watch cable TV, open the "Spectrum" app from the Xumu home screen.
tip

One remote does it all. If the TV turns on but shows the wrong input, give it a few seconds — it switches automatically.

  2. 02 Adjust volume by saying "Alexa, volume up" or using the buttons on the device.

Alexa can stream from Amazon Music, Spotify, and Pandora. Just ask her to play your favorite artist or genre.

Chain-controlled light and privacy

Roller Shades

The windows have chain-controlled roller shades for managing light and privacy. They cover the large oceanfront windows throughout the unit.

how to use
  1. 01 Pull the front chain (closest to you) to raise the shade.
  2. 02 Pull the back chain to lower the shade.
  3. 03 Operate slowly and gently — quick or forceful pulls can damage the mechanism.
tip

The shades work best with a slow, steady pull. No need to yank.
