House Rules
1. Please keep the air conditioning set at 75 degrees or higher. Due to the tropical environment most AC units struggle to perform when turned too low.
2. No smoking of any kind, including vaping or marijuana in the vacation rental or on the lanai. You will be charged $450 if evidence of smoke is found once you check out.
3. Please leave this unit as you found it. If there is any damage, items are missing, or excessive cleaning is needed after your stay, you will be charged.
4. You and your guests are using our vacation rental at your own risk. The property owners will not be held responsible for any injuries that occur at the vacation rental or for any lost or stolen items.
5. Do not move the furniture or electronics.
6. QUIET HOURS ARE FROM 9 PM UNTIL 8 AM.
7. Keeping the kitchen clean and removing food and crumbs from the counters are important. Please store food in the fridge or an airtight container and REMOVE TRASH daily.
8. Please do not interchange items belonging to other units.
9. Do not sit on furniture in wet swimsuits or with sunscreen or suntan oil/lotion on. Please do not spray sunscreen inside the unit or lanai.
10. Wash all sand off before entering the building or unit using the hose outside.
11. There are beach towels in the unit for your use at the beach; Please do not use bath towels outside the unit. Please REMEMBER to bring the beach towels back to your unit. You will be charged a replacement fee for any beach towels not returned.
12. Let us know immediately about any problems.
13. No pets are allowed in the unit or on the property. A $600 pet fee, plus any additional costs for damage, will be imposed if evidence of pets is discovered.
14. You must be 25 years of age to rent this unit, and you must provide proof of age if requested.
15. The home has a maximum occupancy of five (5) guests. Renters who exceed the occupancy limit and falsify occupancy information at the time of reservation are subject to eviction.
16. House parties are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction. Illegal substances are prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction.
17. Park in the assigned guest stall, #6, or guest parking.
18. Children under 12 must be supervised on the outdoor lanai at all times.
19. Please double-check that you have all your possessions when you check out. Mailing personal effects back to you will incur a minimum charge of $75 for employee time, packing, and postage. Please check all drawers under beds and in closets before leaving and remember your charging cords, earbuds, and kids’ items.
20. Guests will also abide by the Banyan Tree AOAO Pool Rules and Vacationers/Guests/Tenant Rules.
